The Jason Foundation at North Star Behavioral Health

The Jason Foundation, Inc. (JFI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention of the “Silent Epidemic” of youth suicide. Through a Triangle of Prevention approach, JFI offers educational and awareness programs at no cost. The goal is to equip young people, educators, youth workers, and parents with tools and resources to help identify and assist at-risk youth. JFI opened the first affiliate office in Alaska at North Star Behavioral Health in September, 2011.
